I bought the 3rd season set on BD, but I didn't receive a code for the digital copy. The digital copy was supposed to make up for the price of the set and the shortened season. I bought it in Canada, but I would expect that wouldn't matter. Anyone else didn't get their digital copy code?

Any word on this show? It's pretty low on the request list at TVSOD, so I guess I guess it's not likely.

Anyone looking to pick this one up? I'd much rather have Robin's Nest, but if nobody wants the first one, that may not happen. (edit: I see Robin's Nest is coming to R2 about the same time...) Off topic: The lead actor is in a retirement home already? Seems a bit young for that.

I've got a Samsung 940BW, hooked to a PS3 via dvi, set to 720P. When I playback St. Elsewhere S1, the sammy displays it at a resolution of 720x480. Is there a setting on the PS3 to allow full frame dvds to playback at 640x480?

Is there any indication how may discs it will contain, or the price? I take it Warner is part of the hd-dvd consortium, and won't likely be releasing it on bluray unless that becomes the dominant format?

Anyone know if the set will be released in Canada?

The first season was apparently released last month, but availability online is scarce, which probably means the same for B&M. The only reference I can find on tvshowsondvd is that the 2nd season is due next month. What dvd publisher released this title?
