Kung Fu Hustle is highly entertaining. I managed to catch it this past September at the Toronto Film Festival. Sadly enough there was only one screening. According to the Film Fest Group the second screening was cancelled because the print was damaged.

The best commentary I have ever listened to was on the Criterion LD of Dracula. Francis Ford Coppola's comments on making the film are great, while Roman Coppola's comments on how the second unit shot all the in-camera effects etc. is fascinating. I highly recommend tracking down this disc.
