Normally I avoid movie licensed games, but this game has been getting a ton of buzz recently. Game Rankings gives it a 88%, while The Suffering had 82%. Who developed this game?

I think the title of this thread is misleading. I think the whole point of XNA is to make cross platform development easier, not to produce a single game disc that will play on both Xbox and PC.
