Ok I have my SVS dual 39+/s1000 combo and I calibrated everything to 75 dB's except for the subs...they are at 80. I also ran some test tones that I have burned onto a CD so I can see my "room curve" and if I would benefit from and EQ. I have no idea what I am doing so please be gentile on me...

Ok I just got my SVS hooked up last night and they are awesome, but now I want to make sure it is all calibrated right. I don't have AVIA or VE but I do have the Ultimate Platinum DVD that has some of the calibration stuff on it. My question is this...I have read about how you need to kick up...
I just got finished hooking up every thing (S/1000 dual 39+)and when I tried to listen to the SVS's all I get is a loud buzz!! I also get a buzz through the center chanel only! Music is playing through the center but so is the buzz. If I turn the volum all the way down the buzz stops on both...

I was told it was 16 guage but I have seen people refer to it as 14 guage...soooo which is it?? I know there is different types of the XP...like XPHP and stuff like that...is this the one that is 14g and the regular XP is the 16g???

I am trying to figure out what I am going to do with my speaker wire. I have the B&W 602's that I want to re-wire. One is about 4-5' away from the receiver and the the other is about 10-12'. I would probably try to keep the length's the same so lets just say there will be 2 runs about 13-15'...
Ok right now I have my 602's and my CC6 bi-wired with two 12g wires and I am wondering what yall think. On the back of my reciever (ONKYO 676) it is a BIG mess with all the jumbo bare wire.
