I have a small problem. The Boondock Saints dvd, recently released US version will NOT play in my Pioneer DV-C503. It will play in all my other machines. Has anyone else experienced problems similar to this? Just curious. Adam:confused:

Thanks for the info. I too an finding that it seems to be a combination of: The machine used to play the dvd-r disc, the brand of dvd-r, & the speed which the material is recorded. I wish there was an easy way to figure this out:angry: Oh well, I guess the best method, in this case, is...

Once again, I turn to the experts for advise. Does anyone know where to find a list of dvd players that are capable of flawlessly playing dvd-r's? Some machines won't even recognize the discs, some play with glitches, and some play perfectly. Why is this??? Please help! Adam:)
