It would be great for MGM to re-release their SE DVDs of Phantasm and The Terminator, both have gone out of print. The SEs had plenty of features so just a re-release with all the previous features and Widescreen transfers would be great.
For those of you unfamiliar with these movies, here are some links: The Exterminator: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080707/ Exterminator 2: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087229/
Does anyone know when the 1980 vigilante action movie The Exterminator will be re-released onto DVD, and when it's 1984 sequel might get a DVD release? I know the DVD of the original released by Anchor Bay has been out of print for some time already and is becoming very hard to find and goes for...
Thanks again Jeff, I'll call them in a few days from now and ask them if they plan to release any of the shows I mentioned onto DVD (or at least re-air them on the Family Channel which they now own).
Jeff, thanks for the information, is the number you can call Disney asking them about DVDs free? Not to sound stupid, I currently don't own any Disney DVDs. Do they also have an e-mail I can use to ask them?
Jeff, I've seen several episodes of Extreme Ghostbusters. I agree that it paled in comparison to the original series, but on it's own it was pretty decent, I enjoyed it and would buy the DVDs if released. And on Goosebumps, I never knew Disney owned the rights, does Fox still have them or no...
Some shows I would love to see on DVD are: Columbia/TriStar/Sony: -The Real Ghostbusters -Extreme Ghostbusters -Slimer! And The Real Ghostbusters Fox: -Goosebumps -Bobby's World -Life With Louie Paramount/Viacom: -Are You Afraid Of The Dark? -Rocko's Modern Life...
Some of you may have come across this article on Yahoo last year, which had a (unfortunately) false rumor that the Ewok movies would be released on DVD in a special collector's set with tons of extras. Fox, even though this was a false rumor it would still be great to see these movies on DVD in...
Paul, this isn't an April Fool's joke, this is a serious matter. And the volume range on my receiver from highest to lowest is 100-0. There's no sound whatsoever when it's at 0, but that wasn't the case yesterday when I went to view my DVDs.
Chris, I don't think my receiver is broken or...
Hello, I'm not sure if this is the forum to report problems with your DVD Speakers, but I have to post this anyway. My DVD Player's Speakers (Optimus STA-5500 Digital Synthesized AM/FM Stereo Receiver) are not functioning properly, I get no sound when the A & B buttons are pressed down, and I...

Phantasm II Ultimate Edition (Universal)
Phantasm III: Lord Of The Dead Ultimate Edition (Universal)
Ghostbusters II Deluxe Special Collector's Edition (Columbia/Sony)
Lucio Fulci's Zombie. I also like Night Of The Living Dead (both the original and the remake) and Dead-Alive/BrainDead (the unrated version).
I don't get the fuss about Dawn Of The Dead. I thought it was an alright movie, but c'mon! Does anyone find people with blue paint smeared all over them...
For a Five-Star Aliens SE DVD (which I would buy ASAP), I think it should be a three disc set, Disc 1 with the theatrical cut, Disc 2 with the Director's Cut, and Disc 3 with all of the available supplements.
