Don't let anyone else tell you differently. A PROPERLY calibrated Pioneer Elite will have the best performance out of any tv under $10,000. And the best build quality also.
Hello all,
I have the chance to purchase a Velodyne f-1200 for about $300. I have NHT super One's, Super Two's and a HK DD Receiver. Is this a good sub? I listen to music and HT equally. Thanks, Doug
If you like a warm and smooth sound then stick with the Elite. Plus you may want to go full blown 7.1 in the future. BTW the defective 35's were only out at the very begining of the receivers introduction. So unless your receiver was sitting around for a year before you bought it then you...
hello,
I have heard this receiver and it sounds great. I can't be more specific but I listened to it at cedia and when compared to the DTR9.1 we have the sound is warmer but I still can't comment on power output because I did not crank it up. They had a cut away of one at the pioneer booth and...

How could any say the 3300 is not old technology? It lists for $999 right? Think of what you get for $999 these days. It was a great receiver 2 years ago, worth it's price tag. The 3300 is worth the $300-$400 price it sells for today because thats how much it's worth now. A $600 receiver of...
Hi everyone,
I have A Harmon Kardon AVR-210 which is rated at 40wpc. It sounds good but My NHT Super Two's (front stage) need more power. I can get an Integra ADM 2.1 (100x2) for $180. Would this make a difference in sound? Or should I stick with a Harmon Kardon Amplifer? I want to start out...
Ok I picked up the Onkyo 494 from Circuit City for $330 out the door and got some cheap center and surrounds (which I traded my friend for a car cover). The sound was suprising for only 55 wpc. The pro-logic two sounded much better than regular pro-logic. It just happens to be that my...
