I am having ceramic tile installed in our house, and have been wondering if it's ok to run speaker wire under it. I have no way to run my surrounds through the attic, so this seems like the only way. Has anyone done this? What are some other possibilities to get my surrounds hooked up? Thanks, Mike
A buddy of mine just got Brighthouse HD service and the tech told him not to waste his time using the DVI cable he bought and to just go with component. Is there much of a difference between the two? He has the Sony 51" 510 series. Also, his channels up to around 70 or so are grainy and crappy...

Thanks, Chad. As a matter of fact, I had that down as an option for awhile, but couldn't see the $500-700 for a sub in the near future. I was actually considering that package along with the Dayton 10", but that would be over my budget as well.
