The Disclaimer

Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in…as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don’t get paid for this, and I don’t have the time to list every DVD. So, please don’t complain! If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

The Specials

–Best Buy, this week, has EXCLUSIVE STEELBOOK PACKAGING with Blu-ray copies of Paranoia Agent: Complete Series.  The price is $39.99.

Some terrific titles released this week...helping kick off our journey towards the holidays.

Lots of great stuff. Some, which have been wanted for a very long time.

Safe shopping, Rounduppers! :D

I'll pick up Sergeant York when it's available in a Warner Archive sale, but nothing for me right now.

Thanks as always, Mike!

For those who may have missed the discussion in other threads, 3D Film Archive is planning a restoration of Abbott & Costello's Jack and the Beanstalk to be released by Classic Flix (probably next year).

Heads up for those planning preorders for next weeks titles.
Preliminary reports of Target's Ad for next week teases a B2G1 sale

Also Criterion Flash Sale should be close. They don't usually announce it much ahead of time, but in the last few years it's been around the 3rd Tuesday 15th-17th. Not sure if they'll keep it around Oct 13 or 3rd Tuesday (10/20)

9-Oct-2014 (Thur)
6-Oct-2015 (Tues)
17-Oct-2016 (Mon, but the bumped the new releases to Monday that year)
17-Oct-2017 (Tues)
16-Oct-2018 (Tues)
15-Oct-2019 (Tues)

Thank you, Mike!

I'm not currently planning on anything for next week. But the week after is going to be significant. So that's fine.

Man, I did some damage this morning.

Assuming at the Target Sale.
I ended up with a bunch of WAC titles instead of waiting for the next 4/44. I figured with tax and RedCard it's only $0.50 more per disc anyway. I would have bought more but several I wanted aren't available at all, OOS, or sold out as is typical for these sales

Even better I had some sort of Target Circle offer ( https://www.target.com/circle/bonus/508 ) allowing me $20 for making 2 $80+ orders. Other have different offers -- $10 for three $50 offers, etc. Supposedly it was targeted, but it just showed up for me at checkout and no real idea of what gets you the different numbers -- not sure if it based on past spending or random
