    My guess, so far, is you've messed up the HDCP/handshake so your PC doesn't want to default to 1080P.But what end us the DVI?Both the TV and monitor?The PC?The only model number you've given us is the AVR.

    CEC is not guaranteed to work work between two brands. What were you expecting the CEC to "do" anyway? How do you have the "two monitors" connected? Lets call the LG here a 2nd monitor(keeps it simple).And the 367 doesn't have any form of scaling...so there is no setting. It sends what it gets.
