    Because as someone noted they wanted it for Marvel. Not for Alice Faye or Betty Grable musicals. They are a waste of time and only for Regency audience members of which there are precious few left.

    But except for hardcore movie musical aficionados nobody knows what Star! is. And I bet certainly that nobody running Disney knows. They would sooner put out a bluray of The One and Only Genuine Original Family Band.

    Yes I noted that I was wrong(it seems about Twilight Time as well) but what is available on Amazon like On a Clear Day does not have the bluray logo on the top of the plastic where an older edition does. What exactly does this mean?

    Was the The Last Valley presented in Todd-AO? Wikipedia says 'Todd-AO (made for 70 mm Cinerama, but never shown in that format)' I don't remember the Rivoli advertising it as being presented in Todd AO or even 70MM(maybe it did, can somebody find an ad?) yet an article on the theater says it...

    Paramount hasn't even put out The Odd Couple one of its biggest hits. They licensed it to TT which of course sold out. This most definitely should be a catalogue item but who can figure out how they think? I wonder how good the spanish bluray is. I was very disappointed on the reviews for Clear...

    No news on a 4k Cleopatra or Sound of Music or Mash. I bet nobody at Disney or at 20th century Fox has even heard of Star! Disney couldn't even give itself a proper Disney World 50th anniversary celebration. All it was was a merchandise grab. All they want now is billion dollar grossing marvel...
