    With titles like the Wes Anderson films, I want to own the Criterion for the packaging, the booklet, the essays, the little bits of ephemera, the small touches that make owning it a joy. It becomes an object d'art. Like a beautifully designed hardcover book by Abrams.

    Wall E is a singular film. I would bet - apart perhaps from Up - that it is the one Pixar/Disney Criterion that would also be in the same collection that also had Seven Samurai, Bicycle Thieves, City Lights, La Strada, Ikiru, The Parallax Vie, Barry Lyndon. It will be interesting to find out...

    I love it ! Wall E is perfect for Criterion. Pixar's finest achievement artistically/visually. Such a beautiful, sweet film.
