Just terrible. Outside of the intro, there wasn't a single watchable skit left. The news was "OK", but I hate the "Second hand news" character. And who the heck decided anyone liked the french dancing sketch, which seems like a "we have no idea and no one who can deliver any lines" it is...
Yes. I will admit, I kept waiting, hoping (has Carrey done SNL before?) that they'd get a release and somewhere, somehow, Fire Marshall Bill would pop up.
She does. This season has been very up and down, some moments funny, some really struggle. We're back to sketches that are hit and miss. Enjoyed the Digital Short and the Merry Crunkmas.. the Miley bit is OK, she's great in it, but it just grates on me after a while.
Hader as Stefon is, to me, the funniest bit that SNL has done in a very long time. Every time he is on, it completely kills me. I think the reason why him breaking doesn't interfere with the humor is because they make it such a part of the sketch. ON the "Live" 30 Rock, they brought up...
Can anyone explain the overly long, 1 joke bit that was "I sent a bottle of sparkling apple juice to your house" sketch? My god did that drag on. And there was NOTHING there.
