My only complaint when Season 1 came out was that there was no subtitle option. I rather subtitles over closed captions because you can't watch a DVD in progressive scanned format and view closed captions at the same time.

I think Harry's explanation makes the most sense. The episode on the disc - sans minor music substitutions - probably represents the dialogue that was used when it originally premiered.

Maybe this is CBS' way of getting back at all the people who complained about the music changes? "They don't like Mark Heyes, eh? Well, we'll take his music out for 'em, but screw with their heads by screwing up other parts of the series by making 'other' changes that make no sense whatsover...

That certainly is good news. Maybe CBS is finished letting fans hang out to dry? I still wish the previous four sets get released again someday but with all the original cues.

The moment of truth is near. What will we get this time? A set comparable to the two Season One sets, or another hearty dose of Mark Heyes keyboards? I can't wait to read the early reviews.

I would not be surprised that, in a couple of years, they re-release "The Fugitive," but on Blu-ray. And when this does happen, my prediction is that all four seasons will be released in a single box set, and that the music substitutions featuring the Mark Heyes cues will not be found anywhere...
