It's a Gift is a funny, entertaining movie. The others in the set had some nice moments, but overall were nothing I'd want to watch again. Simple as that.
Well I don't know about desired, but it's certainly not a taste that I've acquired as a general rule. There probably are some films that I like that would be classified as melodramas, but certainly not many. Would you consider any of the following films to be melodramas? Random Harvest City...
Any chance that the three I haven't seen (Queen Christina, Anna Christie, Mata Hari) are more like the film I love (Ninotchka), than the ones I don't care for (Camille, Anna Karenina)?
