I don't go for so expensive receivers that's why I have the luxury of upgrading quickly...I spend $500 tops per receiver. Went from the philips home theater in box to the harman kardon avr120 and now to the onkyo sr600. Really though I don't need all the extra stuff I just needed component...

I guess my time dwindles..bought my first receiver late last year, replaced it early this year, replacing it again now. Before I needed more optical inputs, now I need a component switching receiver. I really hope it ends here. -ELmO
