I've had the same problem with that set and other movies for months. I get emails from Universal thanking me for registering the movies, but no credit in the Rewards program. :(
That site's acting weird right now. I clicked on the points for this month link in my email and it worked, correctly giving me 15 points to my total. But then I tried to add the Legacy code you posted, hit Enter, but it said there was an error. My points history page won't load for now. I'll try...
They sent me two newsletter emails. The first one didn't work for adding my points, but the second did and added 15 points. Maybe they were trying to make up for the first one. 🤷♂️

Yes, I've always used the website from my computer, too. Shutting down apps and going to website-only access is usually the sort of thing I see when a company is about to get rid of a website, so that's why my initial reaction. However, on further reflection after having seen how the iOS app...

Howie, that happens to me a lot also. I'm on an iMac (the same one for almost four years now) and stay signed in, but periodically I have to login again, and when I do, I always get an email from DMI advising me of a new login to my account. :wacko:

Ahh! Me, too! I redeemed that code the same day after David posted it and didn't realize it was to be one of the "Boo-nus" codes. Whew! What a relief! So the site has simply changed behavior when re-entering an already redeemed code.
Nope, didn't try it until this afternoon CDT. Tried it with and without all-caps, even tried it scrambled as EIKCWD all-caps in desperation. I figure I'll wait until later to try again since it's good until the 31st.

BTW, that same DMI email has two "Join the Fun" buttons for "Boo-nus" codes and rewards. The webpage says there'll be four of them this month, and two are already on the page for you to unscramble and enter. However, the first one, EIKCWD, seems to be WICKED, but that doesn't work when I enter...
