Assuming this is not a rhetorical question, it's simply milky iced tea, with small balls of something gelatinous (I think they're made of rice flour, but I'm not sure, could be sago) thrown in as well, which is where the term "bubble" comes from. Usually served in large disposable plastic cups...
All I suspect this particular pic has been airbrushed to remove, shall we say, a small detail that would render it "R"-rated rather than barely PG-13...
I was wondering about that, since I don't typically associate Asian women (who usually have black hair) with the term "brunette". But fair enough, after all a babe is a babe, yes?
