Thanks but it's no big deal. Stations come and go (COZI has come and gone so many times I've lost count). If I really want to see a series I'll get the DVDs and watch them on my own schedule, unedited (for the most part), without commercials and in the correct aspect ratio.

The Cavett shows aired by Decades were full episodes although the 90-minute ones (the ABC era) were edited down to 60 minutes.

I think the series they are advertising will be on at the same time as they were on Decades. So just a normal ad. They didn't want to use the new name on the ads until the official switch.
