Just made Best Quick Tomato Sauce from the latest issue of Cook's Illustrated. Browned ground beef and sweet sausage and added the sauce to it. Topped it onto spaghetti.
Home-made mac and cheese:
16 oz macaroni
1 stick butter
1 cup half and half
dash of salt and pepper
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni according to box instructions.
