Total guess on my part but since there's a new Star Wars animated series starting in the fall, I guess they'll probably wait until August or September to release the last season of Rebels and try to tie the release in with the new series.

I was reading about Dave Filoni's panel at Celebration over the weekend and he said that the Rebel loss at Atollon in the finale is a big reason why, about a year later, the Rebel council is wary of attacking Scarif in Rogue One. I love seeing threads like that woven between the various projects...

Trailer for Season Four. It will have 15 episodes and be (gasp) the final season! At least, Hera makes it to the battle of Scariff in Rogue One. Everyone else is fair game.

The two episode finale was great. Lots of action and I loved seeing Thrawn be smart and tough. Very happy that Big thumbs up to bringing the interdictor cruiser in from the expanded universe and to the super nerd who had them use the standard Rebel "K-one-zero" evacuation code.

I have to say that I'm pretty impressed. I took an editing class in college (and found out that I'd have a better of chance of becoming a great neurosurgeon than an average editor) so I have a slight idea about editing and I can tell that he makes a lot of smart edits and he uses the footage...

That was, by far, my favorite element of the episode and I think it fits completely with the Obi-Wan we see in A New Hope.

Tonight's episode was really good. Loved seeing more of Kallus and Thrawn. Nerd info: Colonel Yularen was an admiral (frequently seen with Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka) in The Clone Wars and was in the Death Star briefing room in A New Hope.

There was a comic back that came out right around Revenge Of The Sith where he had spider legs but that no longer is 'real'. However, Lucas must have liked the spider legs idea because in an episode of The Clone Wars (which is canon), Maul had spider legs when his brother found him on a junkyard...

I'd say the idea is that Maul is so bad and so evil that he managed to survive his injuries in Episode I through a sheer force of will, hatred and the Dark Side. Plus, you could say that his physiology is different enough from a human that he didn't lose or have enough damage to his vital organs...

Nice voice acting from Sircar and Prinze on tonight's episode. Also, I'm guessing most people watching Rebels already know this but you can see the Ghost (presumably flown by Hera) in the space battle above Scarif in Rogue One. I'm guessing that's a point that the show will now be aiming...

No kidding? I guess they want someone to do an old Obi-Wan rather than prequel-era Obi-Wan. I just read that this week is back to back episodes. Also, the episodes are called 'Ghosts Of Geonosis' so I guess they'll be calling back to last season when they found the remnants of Death Star...

It was much more noticeable in these episodes but I like that Ezra has gotten older over the run of the series. Also, it was fun to see how the Rebellion got some of the Y-Wings used against the first Death Star.

Odd as it sounds, they're deliberately emulating the look of the old TIE Fighter toy rather than the model in the movie.

They just announced today that it'll be on Saturday, September 24 at 8:30 PM with back to back episodes. I'm assuming it's usual time slot is Saturday at 8:30 or 9 PM...

I think it's a show that anyone that likes the SW movies would enjoy. In a similar vein to what Sam Favate said, the show deliberately looks more like the original trilogy than The Clone Wars series (which was also cool) looked so it's always a kick to see those visual connections.
