I saw a Fathom broadcast last night. First time in years I had seen one and it was still as it was before. Looked like a dvd upconverted to Hd and not real HD. Looked pretty bad compared to what a digital or a regular movie showing. Was Rifftraxx MST3K REUNION which itself was really good.

Sounds like these Fathom showings actually look like a real projected or digitally projected movie now, yes? A few years ago this was not the case. So is it safe to go to these now and expect it to look like a movie and not a bluray blown up o a large screen?
