I've had the exact opposite happen with some review copies sent to me by studios, where the code will not redeem because it is a Canadian code. Luckily, those have been resolved rather easily by contacting the studio's home entertainment customer service department.

It's possible that Warner is not making the extras available until the disc release date which is 8/31. As for it not appearing on Movies Anywhere, I would contact them after first trying to unlink and relink your Apple TV account.

I've been having trouble getting movies to load on the Apple TV app on Roku today.

Sat down to watch Silverado on Movies Anywhere and had to turn it off immediately - it is now 1.78:1 cropped, instead of 2.39:1 theatrical aspect ratio!

If it's an older UV/iTunes code, many of the UV codes were either purged or never made it in to MA, yet still work in iTunes. At least that is what many found out with the previous Back to the Future Blu-ray release.
