With 20/20 hindsight, it had to be Luke. No other Jedi could have made those scenes as powerful as they were. None.

Dunno about that Ron. She never crossed my mind. I don’t think she’s that popular or well known enough to use her in that scene. In the end no one other than Luke Skywalker could have achieved that revelation in my opinion.

To be clear I wasn’t knocking either Abrams or Johnson. I think they both made the best films they could and I enjoyed them. But none of their films had the emotional impact that we just witnessed.

I was cheering. My wife was cheering and crying. Just imagine seeing this finale in a IMAX theater packed with Star Wars fans. It would have been deafening. Soooo satisfying.

Another terrific episode. Sort of a Mando Max episode. This show gets Star Wars and that is so satisfying. Firing on all cylinders at light speed.

I loved Grogu’s reactions event time Mando said his name.

Robert Rodriguez’s directorial flair was in full display in this episode, the most violent yet I think.

So awesome. Star Wars is alive and well thanks to this series.
