Yes, you would use a splitter to send the signal to your FM receiver and to your TV, just as you would split an antenna or cable signal for 2 different TVs. FM, like tv, is pretty directional and line-of-sight, so some aiming of your antenna may be necessary.

The entire FM band is located between a couple of VHF tv channels as far as frequency. The ota reception characteristics for FM are the same as for VHF tv (channels 2 thru 13.)
So look for a good VHF TV antenna, and you're covered. I get good results from an RCA branded powered VHF/UHF...
