I saw some other shots of HOTD 3 around that were similar to the ones Romier posted, but a bit grittier. Either way, it's much better then the 'Thundercats' look that the game used to have IMHO. I will definitely be grabbing this game and the gun (even if it does look like a 'Super Soaker')...

Thanks for the info Michael :emoji_thumbsup: Dean, that is one ugly looking gun :D Looks like a garden hose attachment ;) I can't wait for HOTD 3, especially since SEGA reportedly ditched the cel-shading style and is going with a more realistic Resident Evil type of look.

If I understand your post Michael, then I can see why a progressive signal would screw up the way a light gun reads the screen. I am also really looking forward to HOTD 3, and hope that it will be 16x9 compatable and the developers can figure out a way around the progressive/lightgun...

Those screen shots look to be 16x9 also. :D Bring it on!! Maybe we will all finally get another chance to play Panzer Dragoon Saga on the Xbox somewhere down the line.
