The reason I ask is this: Whenever I hit Ctrl-Alt-Del, 'rundll32' is always there. Yet when I choose to end that particular 'task', I always get the "program not responding" message. As you can plainly see, I'm not real educated in these things. Be kind. Thanks for the info...
