For most of the features you want the Parhelia is the card to get. I have to echo what has been said about 3D gaming though, Anandtech shows that it's comparable to a Radeon 8500 and GeForce3 which are aging when it comes to the newer games being released.
You think the other guys will have triple head? Well either way I'm sure the Parhelia will still have the best 2D compared to anything else out out there for a while.
