Some seriously bad news on OUTER LIMITS Season Two. First episode has messed up audio. If noone at KINO noticed that, it's possible there are other issues. Has KINO ever gone back to fix a problem and issued replacement discs?

Is it typical that KINO omits an episodes-disc list with TV shows? I thought it was a one-time oversight with OUTER LIMITS, but there's no list with THE MASTER series either. The disc tops say "Episodes 1-5" etc. which is useless.

Since KINO had the films, I'd like to know if there were discrete audio tracks. Specifically a separate music channel. It would give some hope to soundtrack fans looking for unreleased music for the show.

The episode titles in booklet are NOT numbered so there is NO easy way to correlate which discs they are on. It's standard practice that TVshows have a simple list somewhere on the packaging. Consumers in the Outer Limits thread have mentioned it, and are printing up their own cheat sheet to...

Speaking of OUTER LIMITS, is KINO aware of the packaging snafu where they forgot to include an episode-disc list? And the tiny video glitch on the CHAMELEON episode?

Was OUTER LIMITS restored by the studio and KINO was mainly the distributor?
