Just one note. The PB12-Plus you tried Curtis is wholly different than the PB12-Plus sold today. The competitive subs and PC+ subs were older still IIRC. Different woofer, different cabinet, different ports, significantly different amp (at least this is definitely the case of the SVS PB12-Plus)...- SVS-Ron
