Thanks for the confirm Ken, I feel better about the set now. Not that I was losing any sleep of course. Just seemed weird to have such a massive set and no program notes is all. I'm ocd but not not crazy!

Wonderful review of this set. I've not had a chance to watch it, having pre-ordered it as a blind buy. I have a question though. the short film discs have booklets, did the other films when purchased separately include booklets? I was expecting a "Criterion Collection" type situation on this...
