    Gregory, The reason I'm asking is that I have tried overlaying L7 over 5.1, and it degrades the DD 5.1 format. I don't see the point of it anyway, as DD and DTS are inherently superior. Overlaying L7 on a 7.1 setup makes much more sense, but I'm wondering if the same degradation occurs as when...
