I still dispute that the first shipments were Blu-rays. I think the orders were shipped out based on when they were received, whether Blu-ray or 4K disc.

Not true, my order #1021 was for the 4K/UHD and it delivered last Tuesday.

It just goes to show you that the posters given out was not in order, as my poster number is 807/1000, even though my order number was 1021, and I received my order on Tuesday.

Well, it looks like our efficient USPS service will be delivering my order today as it arrived at my local post office. So it shipped on Saturday from Knoxville and arrives three days later despite the Christmas holiday onslaught of shipped items.

To be fair, if they’re shipping orders in order they were taken then my order number of 102x was placed earlier than your order number 1309.

Oops! USPS just notified me that my order is now in Detroit, so it's getting closer to my Michigan home.:))

Mine's been stuck in Chicago's USPS facility for the last 24 or so hours. Hopefully, I get it before Christmas, but you never know with USPS.

One more thing, the Shop app notified me that my order shipped and is tracking it.

Well, some are being dropped off to USPS on Saturday as my order has already been processed at Nashville's USPS facility.

I ordered mine on April 21st too about 7:20 a.m. ET.

Yup, I received shipment notification along with USPS tracking number.

I just received another email from an Ignite representative so I'm feeling a little better about the situation. My real concern was not receiving any emails from them prior to yesterday. Now, I've received two in less than 24 hours.

I'm going to email them every single day until they respond to me.

I've emailed them again! I hope I hear something from them this time.

Damn, my order hasn't shipped nor have I received any emails from them except for the initial order confirmation email.
