I still dispute that the first shipments were Blu-rays. I think the orders were shipped out based on when they were received, whether Blu-ray or 4K disc.
It just goes to show you that the posters given out was not in order, as my poster number is 807/1000, even though my order number was 1021, and I received my order on Tuesday.
Well, it looks like our efficient USPS service will be delivering my order today as it arrived at my local post office. So it shipped on Saturday from Knoxville and arrives three days later despite the Christmas holiday onslaught of shipped items.
I just received another email from an Ignite representative so I'm feeling a little better about the situation. My real concern was not receiving any emails from them prior to yesterday. Now, I've received two in less than 24 hours.
