IMO, it's too popular of a film to be consider a guilty pleasure.

I was in high school when Billy Jack came out and just about most of the kids I hanged out with back then watched Billy Jack in the theater or drive-in. It was a real popular movie.

I disagree as the movie became too mainstream to be put into any guilty pleasure category.

Billy Jack was a pretty popular film so I don't think of it in any way as being a guilty pleasure.

I wouldn't call that film a guilty pleasure. I think it's a good film! What is the definition of a guilty pleasure film? The reason I ask because I see a lot of films mentioned in this thread that are actually good movies. To me, a guilty pleasure is a film that isn't good, but you like it...
