I wasn't going to buy it until later this year during Black Friday sales, but Amazon had it in-stock and dropped the pricing down to $24.99 so I used some Amazon Reward points to get it under the $20 threshold. I should have it on Thursday.
As a black man that is retired and collecting SS, it warmed my heart to no ends. Everybody is welcome to their opinion, but this film made me proud as it starred mainly black actors, was written by two black men and directed by one of them, and that's that.
Yeah, I don't agree with Tony either about Jordan. I loved his performance in this film as he had some of the best lines and got some of the loudest reactions from the two movie audiences that I attended to see the movie.
After my second viewing today, I think it's one of the best of MCU films as it has a deeper message than just about all of the other MCU films. It has a first rate cast and I really like Winston Duke as M'Baku.

One of the things really appealing about Black Panther is Killmonger. He's not your typical one note villain. He is evil, but he wasn't always that and could have been save if given the right environment to grow up in and to not to be abandon by his family.
It will probably drop some more as there are always somebody wanting to be different. I take those reviews with a large grain of salt. I have very little respect for most of those reviewers.
