Yep, it has that standard legal disclaimer at the end. The "based on a true story" thing in the beginning of Fargo is typical Coen brothers humor.

Well, the Coens aren't really big fans of jam packed special features on their DVDs, and honestly, I wasn't to enthralled by their commentary on The Man Who Wasn't There. The joke commentary on Blood Simple was hilarious though! Can't wait to pick this up on the 30th.
