Agreed. If you really want to do Kirk and Spock with younger actors, maybe during the original 5 year mission, or whatever, it's gotta fit in with the 40 year old continuity. However, none of the principals could ever be in any real jeopardy, since we know that they would have to survive it...

No need to feel sorry for me, Blake. While I admit season 4 was the best Trek to hit the air in a long time, I still have to go with TOS, TNG and DS9 (not neccesarily in that order) before Enterprise.
