I haven't done much research into the different foreign versions. I'll just wait for for more info on the upcoming Criterion BD before I make a decision.

I already own the previous Criterion BD. If it turns out that their new pre-order is the same old transfer, I may splurge for the Pathe and marry the English subs from the old Criterion to it.

I too will have to do a wait and see on this one.
