Go to Settings -> Video Output Setup -> Color Space -> YCbCr 4:2:0 and at the bottom of the screen you see: " This is an experimental feature and only supports HDMI video output at UHD 60Hz and 50Hz"

Have you performed the latest firmware upgrade? Also some discs (notably DEEPWATER HORIZON) have playback issues with this player. I still think we need 2 or 3 more firmware upgrades to fix various issues as has been mentioned extensively on other websites.
