I had that DVD years ago Side Street / They Live by Night. It would Freeze on Side Street after 5 minutes. I could Not watch it anymore. :( I have the Criterion Bluray of They Live by Night since day one. Side Street is a good one. I wish WBArchive release it soon. Farley Granger and Cathy O'...
My Bluray order of They Drive By Night is now coming on Tuesday from Amazon. :) .... Finally ! I have the SD digital version for over a year. This new Bluray will look Amazing no doubt from WBArchive. It's one of my Favorite WB George Raft movies. Ida Lupino is terrific in this movie...
I preordered They Drive By Night from Amazon weeks ago. Today is the release date. Now it says...Temporarily Out of Stock ! ?....... Not good news that's for sure.:( I have Not seen a Review yet either.
Two Allied Artists titles favorites of mine from 1959 ...... Al Capone & The Big Circus I have in SD on Fandango/Vudu that I wish WBArchive would finally release on Bluray.
San Antonio and Montana are two Errol Flynn Technicolor Westerns that I would Love to see on Bluray. :D The Master of Ballantrae would be Great on Bluray also. :)
They Drive By Night, Captain Blood, Captain Horatio Hornblower, Knights of the Round Table, Al Capone, Blackhand, and She (1965) Hammer. I would Love to see these get a Bluray Upgrade. :)
Finally Land of the Pharaohs gets a release !!:thumbsup::banana::dancing-banana-04:........ I hope Helen of Troy and Captain Blood are on the way. :D Thank You George & WB Archive ! ;)
I am looking forward to WB Archive titles that are on my Wish List. I have Not purchased any Physical discs yet this year. I bought many 4K & HD Classic Digital movies on iTunes, Vudu, & Prime Video. WBArchive & KL for me are my #1 favorite companies for Classic movies getting...
Everyone has their favorite movies they want to see released. No personal favorites of mine are on the March 2023 list. I hope April and May have something I want.
Knights of the Round Table and Quentin Durward are favorites of mine. No (flop's) for me, I enjoy both of the Robert Taylor costume swashbucklers. Been waiting for a Bluray release on both forever ! They did a Gorgeous job on Ivanhoe. :D
Well it looks like the last WBArchive Bluray title I will be getting for 2022 will be .... Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931) I bought 6 other Great Classic titles in 2022. 2023 should be Great with the 100th Anniversary of WB Pictures ! :D
I would think that Dracula (Horror of Dracula) 1958 will get the same Bluray Special Edition release that The Curse of Frankenstein got. :D The Mummy (1959) would be nice as a Special Edition also. Then the MGM Hammer Film She (1965) with Ursula Andress needs a Bluray release.
I watched Mark of the Vampire (1935) Last night. It's only one hour long and it was more like a comedy. The End is Goofy ! Did Not like it.......... Just the Great Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Bluray for me. :D................... Time for a coffee break ;)
