Speaking of the wolves....
If Morgan is buying into "all life is precious", what's up with what he did with them? Everyone is under the impression he spared them. Ok...he didn't kill them, and they clearly lived to kill red pancho guy. But, I was under the impression he was serving them up...
I get how freaky looking Skeet Ulrich/Wolves dude makes a rave into a zombie trap. But, how do they carve the "W" on them? Were all those zombies alive when they got the "W"? If so, those crazy fucks have killed a LOT of people! If not, that is dangerous work, yo.
Also, why do they have...
I officially love Carol now. My favorite (and most consistent) character on the show! Her speech about the town's people being children was spot on. More of that conversation and less of Gabriel and Sasha "character moments" please! They need to all listen to her more often.
I'm not sure...
Great tension, excellent gore last week, fun stuff waiting in the wings...and, then this week.
1) typical TWD...no mention or sight of Gabriel after basically being one of the big pivotal pieces last week. Not even a MENTION this week.
2) WTF is up with Michonne? I thought she was a badass...
I realize Carol has become an extreme survivalist, but I THINK there may be alternatives to "YOU HAVE TO KILL HIM!" - particularly since he is the only doctor around.
Speaking of which...how is it Miss "I can read anyone" Congresswoman has not noticed their only town Dr. is an alcoholic wife...
I loved the paranoia and the open questions presented by this episode:
Why is Deanna filming everyone? Is she looking for a weakness to exploit like Rick warns us?
Where is the girl going and did she steal Rick's gun? Are her 'people' out there?
The 3 people Deanna banned - that sounds...
Well, Noah joined the group, so I guess one of the black males had to go. It's the rules.
Sort of a self-important episode. I'm sorry, but TWD doesn't have and hasn't earned enough gravitas to have a "Terence Malick episode". I dig Nicotero, but this felt like a misguided bottle episode...
Really agree on Hardwick. Great job. Particularly considering Kinney was sitting right next to the PRICK WHO FIRED HER!
Speaking of which: I don't have much faith in Kirkman. Yeah, he created the comic series and there are some gems here and there...some real potential. But, he is not the...
I thought Carol was faking too. Guess I was wrong...but, it would have been better than ice blood Carol panicking and dashing into the street in one of the quickest, most awkwardly edited moments I've ever seen. Did someone realize they were out of time and had to wrap up the episode...
Sure, we all knew Eugene was some geeky video gamer/sci-fi fan. Of course he was.
But, it's not hard to see why Abraham latched onto him after seeing this episode. He was a man in desperate need of hope and a cause. A man who does not operate well without a mission. Even if a little voice...
Yeah...surprisingly solid for a solo-character episode.
I agree with everyone that Daryl likely has Noah with him and Carol is "on the inside" ready for executing their plan.
But, looks like we won't get into it next week because we have to go back to Abraham.
I'm enjoying the patience the...
I gotta second this. They are all infected. Hell, you could eat zombie flesh and it should be ok. Just probably doesn't taste as good. According to a movie I saw this summer, babies taste the best. So, Judith better look out.
In order to give Rick an ending like that (not that the Producer's would agree with him as to how Rick goes out), both Carl and Judith would have to be dead. I don't see him leaving their side. Unless, of course, if we're talking about so far into the future that Carl is old enough to take...
I loved the episode, and I love the ideas behind Terminus...
But, just for message board's sake I'll note that it's only been about 18 months? since the zombie apocalypse. Just not enough time for wanderers to find their way to Terminus, for them to establish a 'good' life there, to be taken...
This show does premieres well, and that was the best premiere of them all!
It's pretty amazing to see how Carol has evolved. She could easily be the team leader now. She is just like Rick in her steely determination and ability to make tough survival choices. She's good, but she understands...
