well, a PROFESSIONAL rider can get high 9's out of a hayabusa, an amateur might get into the 13's if he's lucky. If you really want to, search around. there are plenty o vids of a few supras outrunning bikes on the freeway. Are you likely to run into a street car that can outrun a bike...

Well, even a crappy car can hold a .8 or so lateral G skidpad, don't think there's a bike made that can do much better than that, if that even.

In a straight line, of course. cars have twice the contact patch that bikes do and can indeed corner at higher speeds. see the test of the gixxer 1k vs the corvette in last year's motorcyclist for evidence.

I disagree 110% bikes are very difficult to control at high speed, and not at all maneuverable like a car is.
