The wifi adaptor on the 103 was a USB device and they gave you an extension so you could have better reception outside your audio rack. I wonder if the built in wifi has stronger reception that we won't need that?

You may still not get atmos or any HD audio formats. One article said the most you can get is 6.1 due to max 7 channels.
It also may be up to what the tv will support.
Does your tv and receiver support audio return channel? Although not sure all the audio encodings will be sent through that either? Does prime even send atmos or any enhanced audio other than Dolby?
I've read that most tvs will send 5.1 over the optical out if it comes from the tv itself like...
I got a reply back from oppo support. As mentioned, Darbee does not support native UHD and they don't expect it for at least 18 -24 months if ever. They recommended 103D if one was sticking with 1080p sources and not upgrading to a 4K set.

Will there be a Darbee version or is that not needed any more with the new video processor or is its function not compatible with UHD? Would I see a difference on regular HD bluray playback between this model and the 103 D (with or without a 4K tv)?
