I can see how Lucas has kind of cornered himself with the entire Anikan story. if you make him out to be a really bad guy in the PT then you don't get the nescessary sympathy for anikan to make the story emotional, but if you make him to be a pawn of the emperor and someone who was tricked it...

ya i can see how obiwan and anikan are fine from dooku's lightning cause it wasn't close or anything but the emperor was pretty darn in your face with luke and was just poundin him for a good 30 seconds. I just don't see how he could go relatively unchanged while the palpy is mutalated.
