    FYI...after that feature is enabled you can bring Outlook back up by either using any shortcuts you may have, or double clicking the icon near the clock. It makes no difference and it no longer launches a second instance of Outlook as it used to.

    Easy...right click the Outlook icon down by the clock and place a check next to the "hide when minimized" option.
