Well, that's gratitude for all of your efforts today, Jack. Audrey had a really bad day. No Behrooz to the rescue. Hated the resolution of Marwan after 23 hours of magician-ship from him. Too bad we didn't get a reaction shot of Kim getting the bad news.
Good penultimate hour. Tony was smart to leave the blood trail. Loved the irony of Palmer having to let Mandy go after finding out she was the one to stink-palm 2 years ago.
Mandy is played by Mia Kirshner. She came to prominence in "Exotica" and then has a habit of shedding her clothing in many of her other projects (currently doing a regular stint on "The L Word"), but had a funny turn in "Not Another Teenage Movie".
Wouldn't there be some sort of homing/tracking device on the CTU vehicle that Marwan escaped in? Wasn't Max the same guy who's Haden on Revelations right now? (to answer my own questions - nope, he was Ira Gaines)
Marwan escaped! Richie Heller got brought in, and Sec. Heller finds out his boy is gay. Palmer and Mike set it up so Logan puts Palmer in his place to placate the cabinet members, and buttheads. Mandy's back! Woo hoo! Oh, and Tony and Michelle made goo-goo eyes toward one...
The look Jack gave Chloe when she offered herself as someone for Jack to talk things over was just great. It was sooooo awkward, but sweet in a way, Jack was just flabberghasted by the offer. Funny stuff. Logan must go. He's a killjoy. Damn, that Marwan is good! Too bad Edgar couldn't...
Well, Palmer knew that deadly force was not to be used, so that meant tranq-darts, and those don't usually kill people, so when informed of the consul's death, Palmer had to assume friendly fire cause it. Also, Palmer goes right into "politico-speak" like he never left the White House when...
5/2/05 Those last 5 minutes were intense. Jack was frikkin' out of his mind, too. I guess Jack and Audrey are officially over. Watching Edgar and Chloe is like watching 2 nerds flirting, painful to watch, but I can't look away!
The snipefests between Chloe and Edgar are comedic gold, it's better than the usual ones between Jim and Dwight on "The Office". Chloe's gonna want combat pay when she gets back to CTU. How many shows can get the viewer to cringe and cheer for an unexpected heroine placed in the line of...
OMG, that last half hour was awesome! Agent Chloe rocks! The first half hour featured "24" as in how many times I said to myself: "Logan, you dumbass!" Excellent!
4/18/05 The first 42 minutes of tonight's episode were pretty much the dullest 42 minutes yet in "24" history. Then Jack came back to CTU and got the pot stirring again! Weiss (the lawyer) didn't even flinch when Jack mentioned that the terrorists had a nuclear warhead. Hmmm...
I have no idea how Novick has wormed his way into the cabinet of the president (especially of the opposing party's president after his previous tenure with Palmer's administration). It feels so unrealistic at this point. Novick must have some good blackmail material on Keeler. :)
No, no, no, this is how it's going to go down: Palmer shows up on TV, and he simply says "What just happened to Air Force One was a Swoop and Squat, but America, you're in good hands." Palmer then cups his hands... Fade to black...
Those wondering who the hottie masquerading as the FBI agent is: Dagmara Dominczyk. I remember her from "The Count of Monte Crisco. Here's a nice photo of her.
