C’mon, let’s face it, we love these lists.:D

BFI should dispense with the rankings and simply list all 250 films alphabetically or chronologically by the year of release; but, then again, maybe it’s good for business to generate some heated debates, once every decade. BTW, has anyone here actually seen all 250 films?

A great aspect of these Top 100 lists is that there are always titles to be cited of films I’ve not known or seen. Great stuff to be humbled and then directed towards a new work or path.
