    It is a good reminder, though post #158 did mention this back on Sunday I thought that the comments on how good a job the new Kirk and Spock did were a highlight.

    While I think it would be an interesting TV episode to see old Spock pumped for information (if they were going to a TV series, they'd have to deal with it), I hope they just keep him busy helping the Vulcan population and don't go that route in another movie.

    Right, which is why I was puzzled by Kirk saying to Spock that time traveling was cheating. That didn't make sense in context there.

    If they were going to beam to the Enterprise we could have had a scene where Bones complains about not wanting himself scrambled by the beam.
