Very different concepts and sensibilities. While MR pushes my buttons practically all the time LLL only does so occasionally. LLL is a good movie, just not the "überflieger" it's touted to be, IMHO.

Now that was a good movie. :-) Funny how the director was everybody's darling with this film and when he released his next (The Search) he was dropped like a hot potatoe.

To me an overrated film.
