I too feel The Third Man quote needed to be filled out with the rest ofd the line. I mean, the whole point of the line is the comparison, so why omit it? But I don't know. A great quote, either way. That's easy. Braindead (as it should really be called) is a New Zealand film, and thus not eligible.
